Community Care
The Foundation supports a diverse range of local, regional and national projects in the Community Care field; our objective is to invest in projects that will help improve the quality of life and wellbeing of older people, people with illness and disability and carers. Over the years, the Foundation has identified and supported projects that are firmly embedded in local communities and really make a difference.
