The Volunteer Leaders will attend 2 residential training weekends to assist with their own confidence and practical skills to help with their recruitment of up to ten additional volunteers who will assist with the design and implementation of 3 campaigns, one for each theme, over a six month period taking place in November 2011, February 2012 and May 2012.
Each team leader will be able to utilise a budget of up to £1,000 per campaign, a practical toolkit of promotional resources and support from a designated youth network co-ordinator from Teamv. This will also include additional resources and in-kind benefits locally. The whole programme of 3 campaigns will be co-ordinated centrally by Teamv.
Each team leader will receive substantial training and support plus up to a £1,000 bursary for personal training or education following the completion of the programme. Each additional volunteer, probably aged 16-25 (to a maximum of 10), will receive a £50 voucher in recognition of their help. A graduation ceremony in June 2012, in
